ServerCircle is a company selling dedicated servers with multiple operating system and control panel options and advanced options such as remote backup, management services, KVM over IP services and other advanced features making ServerCircle unique and an excellent choice for everyone in the market for budget or high-end dedicated server solutions.

ServerCircle is currently recruiting support staff and sales representatives.

All interested must:

• At least 21 years of age;
• Have 12 months experience in the hosting industry (24 months preferred);
• Speak fluent English and have good written and spoken communication skills;
• Be patient and understanding of all customers and their queries/needs;
• Be familliar with Linux, FreeBSD and Windows;
• Be familliar with Ensim, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Helm, CPanel/WHM;

Sales representatives are paid on a commission based sceme:

• 0-5 Sales/Month: $19.99/Sale;
• 6-10 Sales/Month: $29.99/Sale;
• 11-20 Sales/Month: $39.99/Sale;
• 21-30 Sales/Month: $49.99/Sale;
• 31-50 Sales: $79.99/Sale;
• 51+ Sales: $99.99/Sale;

Sales representatives are also paid $1.50 per sales ticket, $2.50 per sales chat and $5.00 per sales phone call;

Support technicians are paid according to the following:

• $2.00 Per Ticket;
• $3.50 Per Chat Session;
• $7.50 Per Telephone Call;

Ticket Requirements:

• Tickets must be resolved within 6 hours;

Live Chat Queries:

• Sessions must last a minimum of 60 seconds (timewasters who click the chat icon and then leave without having a conversation will not be counted);

Telephone Call Requirements:

• You must state your name and department (e.g. sales, technical support, etc.) when you answer the phone;
• You must answer the phone within 30 seconds;
• You must ask the caller if they have called before and if so do they have a reference number which you will then be able to use to pull up the information from the previous times they have called through our phone tech center;
• You must fill in a phone ticket with the details of the phone call as it happens and give the customer the reference number generated in case they phone back for further assistance;

We are looking for sales representatives who can be available for the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12am-8am;
• Weekdays: 8am-4pm;
• Weekdays: 4pm-12am;
• Weekends and Holidays: 12am-8am;
• Weekends and Holidays: 8am-4pm;
• Weekends and Holidays: 4pm - 12am;

All sales representatives are also entitled to discounts on ServerCircle services.
