IDS Solutions which stands for Invision Design Studio Solutions was formerly launched back in 07/06/03 under the domain invisionstudios.net and this design. The entire website was updated in 18/07/04 (including the logo and new domain name)

Pricing, Payment, & Terms:
I am looking for a quick sale, so that no clients need to be turned down and the company name is still fresh in peoples minds for the prospective buyer.

The only way to gain new clients, is to make your services known, don't expect clients to start signing up, promote the company a few places, and you will see the surge in clientèle.

I am looking at getting $1,300 (although I am open to any reasonable offers) for this entire company, which in itself is a bargain. Again includes all rights to IDS Solutions, the logo, the full website, a few templates to resell, a custom word-format envelope for mail out, and all the domains listed on www.idswebsolutions.com/domains, domains in which you can resell for profit.

I am selling this company for its actual worth, I have not included any profit markups, as I have profited from the company and feel I do not have the right to once it is sold. .

If I had the time for this company, I would never sell it but this is not the case and I would hate to see my company go to waste.

Extra Information:
Although I am the head developer, I do outsource a lot of the jobs (i.e. coding) This business has already made a name for itself and it is simply the task of managing it (which I no longer have the time for)

I can give you the names and contact information of some of my outsourcing parters if you do choose to purchase the company. The majority of clients come through as referrals (please note that on the index of the website). How the referrals work is if an individual sends a client your way and the work is above $200, once payment is made, they will receive $50 in the mail.

The main way to get business with this company is to promote it, I have gotten the majority of my business from WHT and the rest are just referrals. The other way which I promote myself locally is I do mail outs to specified companies, and they usually do contact me. Although I have not included those revenues in my listing as they are not paid through the internet.

As long as there is a good sense of management, keeping the clients happy and such, there will always be more clients.
