I have been a customer with Server Sonic for over a year. I joined when the company was brand new and I was always impressed with their service. But now I am facing big problems! It started with their C-Panel and their WHM license expiring. I couldn't access anything. (I have a reseller account). I contacted tech support over 6 weeks ago. I have written repeatedly since then and filed every imaginable tech support ticket. There has been no response. I have tried the phone number listed on their site and there is no answer. I don't know what else to do! Well now my sites are all down and when I tried to visit Serversonic.com tonight it is completely down. I am paying for basically nothing now and have been for weeks. I am working on getting another host. But I want access to my files and I want service for the time period I paid for. I guess that is too much to expect. :mad:

Hopefully you have backups and I would start searching for another host.

simplyrod.com and ritualabuse.net are two of the domains. I have had problems off and on with them but the owner Jordan use to always respond with in a day or two and fix anything that was wrong. This time its been 6 weeks since I started trying to contact them with no response and now their own site is down. I think they are gone totally. serversonic.com is their domain.
