hey guys I own www.prodesigns.ca and I am need of a NT helpdesk, I found the best Unix one, I mean its really useful and good, but nothing good for NT, heres the one that I enjoy,

Same. Can't find any. I know of great php ones also. Why don't you just get linux hosting?

Yes, CerberusHelpdesk is good. You can use and the free version
(limited for 1 email).

By the way, its a support desk, not really a helpdesk with like faq and such.
