yes it is php based but we need people to make flash games..

Oh, so you plan on creating the flash games like at neopets then outputting the variables to PHP when done to update their accounts. Thats pretty cool and something I might consider doing if I wasnt so swamped with work already. You might want to consider someone already on your staff with decent animation skills donig the actual flash and another person coding the game.
