Flash Designer Needed!

Golden Globe Hosting is currently looking for a Flash Designer(s), here are the requirements:

*Must live in U.S.A
*Must accept payment via PayPal and in US Funds only.
*Must be able to design buttons, banners, menus, intros, and websites in Flash.
*Must be willing to work with my team of regular web designers.
*Must be affordable, yet professional.
*Must have either AIM or YIM.

We are looking for about 5 designers. Also when we say affordable we don't mean you have to charge 3 bucks for a flash intro, we mean something reasonable, as we know that Flash can be very hard to learn and to use.

Well I try to deal with people in the U.S. as it is easy for me that way. I wouldn't mind hiring people in other countries such as Canada, why PapaSmurf? What country are you from and are you interested?

I am interested but the problem is I'm not living in USA. I'm from Bangladesh.

Your all requirements are Absolutely fine for me only the USA problem.
