depends on the site that will be created. but i prefer html... or with flash... but just a touch of it.. not the entire site/page. :)

I like seeing flash used for advertisement and for the general atmosphere of a site, but I don't really think it's necessary in banners. Banners should definitely make you subconsciously want to click on them, but it's not necessary that they move or do anything spectacular.

HTML definetly, only use flash for animation I rekon.
