Question How to display "extensions of known file types" - 02-12-2005, 02:43 AM

Hello,
I was instructed to "uncheck" the box that says "Hide extensions of known file types (Tools)" in order to display the file extension.

But I can not find that option anywhere in Windows XP Professional. Could you direct me? TIA.
