I think he is innocent. I believe he is quite weird with children, but mainly because of his own screwed up Child Hood . He might be trying to give them more then he had as a child and more.

ANd the reason he settled out of court 10 years ago is because of the horrible plubicity he will get from this. Even if he is proven innocent it will do alot of harm to his reputation. The public is quite unforgiving.

For him to settle in court it put more of doubt in peoples' minds than if he had fought it. It meant he was accepting a share of responsibility of what happened. Didnt he declare he was going to fight all the way because he was innocent? In that video speech he made?

MJ is guilty of being ugly as hell. Other than that, let the courts decide.

Unless you mean lawyers' fees, this is a criminal process he's involved in right now. There's no discussion of civil proceedings, and those are the only ones where monetary damages are awarded.
