need psd file edited

My current design for my hosting website sucks so I am going to get a new one. The cons.. I don't have PhotoShop to edit the psd file. It would only take seconds and it's in slices and it would need to be saved as "save as optimized". If anyone would be up to it please let me know. This is very crutial!

if u donot have photoshop and u need to edit the file,

u can use paintshop pro.

but in my way photoshop is easy to edit,

That's the problem...

1. It is in slices so there is not way I can get it in slices.

2. I don't have the money to buy paintshop pro.

I need someone to do it for me. I am on dial-up so illegal downloads is out of the question.
