I recently started a web hosting business. I purchased a cheap template and changed it all around and it still looks cheap looking with very little content. You can see the design at http://globalworldhosting.net/ . I would like to have a complete new design with all subpages. Is it best to purchase a complete website template or to have someone design it for me?

if I may ask, how much did you pay for it? It doesn't seem that bad. Especially if you are just starting out and not able to make a big investment. however, you could probably find a trade somewhere where a designer would create a custom template for you and make a nice design in exchange for some hosting. Bartering is always good when starting out.

I would say template is higher quality but less professional, and design is lower quality (unless you pay big bucks) but more professional.

designs make some worth, but it is Hosting Plans which makes you Pro.

Even if the designs are not so upto mark, but if u r hosting plan rocks, then u can beat the heat/.

I think it is more upto how well you run your servers (or if reseller how your provider runs their server. If the server dosent work it dosent matter what price is, what site looks like or what you offer, everyone will just run away
