When is it acceptable? - 04-02-2004, 09:09 AM

I have noticed alot of new sites using scrolling iFrames or text boxes to display news and what not. Which is really not an acceptable part of a design. I can only think of 2 places that they are acceptable.

1.) Code, for easy copy/paste.

2.) Terms/AUP/Privacy in some kind of form.

Is there any others that I am missing?
