| method of starting one forum? -

What is the best method of starting one forum? The reason people visit to forums is to get information. However when I start on the forum I won't have any posts or users, other than me. Should I create some thread myself? What is the best way to get a Forum off the Ground?      |

A nice design is always a good start.... must load fast or else usually i just give up and dont register.. and of course some kind of incentives for people to start the posting...
