surrending a domain through godaddy.com -

I notice that once you register a domain with godaddy.com that the rules are that a domain can't be transferred within 60 days, but are there any rules against a domain being surrendered to someone elses godaddy acct.?
Thanks
No I havent tried surrending it, but was wondering if it was possible, I was considering doing that with a domain thats only been registered for about a week.
Its a rule all registrars must follow. No inter-registrar transfers within the first 60 days of any status changing activity including registration, redemption-renewal, etc.
