Very high number of Google returns for three words contained with quotations. I can't see a reseller on these speculator forums buying it because they would have no clue who want it. But hang on to it - like for most domains wait for that slim chance an enduser will approach you.
Laws in America has only a fraction of the results. So even slimmer chance an end-user may approach you.
