2 domains with traffic

I have these for a career site that is still functioning, but may sell as other projects are beginning to take over. Looking for appraisal to get a rough idea of what they are worth.

inneedofajob.co.uk - receives approx 250-300 uniques a day and ranked 561,000 on Alexa.

inneedofajob.com - recieves approx 20-30 uniques a day and not yet ranked on Alexa.

In my opinion these domains don't have intrinsic value (very lengthy). However the traffic (esp. career related traffic) is useful.

The real appraisal is then based off of how much you are currently earning from the site.

I am making $2-4 dollars a day with google adsense, does this make much of a difference?

Yes,

The value would be completely based on Google adwords revenues. Using my personal very rough formula based on those numbers -- I'm thinking approx. $250.
