Hello guys,

I have been running Mixcat.com for several years now and we get very good traffic. 30-40K per day uniques and at times a lot more than that. Thats just to the main page of mixcat and with our Add URL page and search results its quite high
Just wanted to get an idea of the ballpark value of it.
I have had offer from other engines to buy us out but I really wanted to bring this engine to the next level.

The best if not only way of estimating the value of your business is if you gave figures for income generated from the site.

Its very hard to estimate. IT supports my other businesses.
Thats where I get all my leads for my hosting business. But we do have people pay for ads. I would estimate $2000-$3000 income off the site monthly but if I worked it a littl more It would bring in more.

Considering a lack of intrinsic value for the domain itself - any estimate of the site's worth completely revolves around the developed value. This I can only give an extremely genralized opinion of:

Monthly income x 10 months
