I was going to immediately dismiss this domain but a google search yielded a volume of results which included sponsered links.

A book using the same title and other results which indicates this is an used term. However, since I never heard of the term used previously I have a difficult time understanding just how much the term stands out. Im going to make a rare attempt at giving a number. I'd say if an end-user emailed you unsolicited ask for their price but if they demand you produce the first offer then go with $1500.
