but i,m a tad confused as to why CAPS on, versus caps off should make any difference.

In my "real" job ... caps on is expected, nay mandatory !! and no offence should be taken by the "shouting" thingy that all we "internetters" (nice dotcom i just made up there ,,,,lol) ase as our standards.

While its always best to receive an appraisal that can boost your moral or feed your ego just a tiny bit, when you filter opinions based on what you want to hear, it usually results in bad business choices. there are some valid points, and you shouldn't put yourself in a position to defend yourself or your name, you really don't have to. just take the appriasal (with a grain of salt if you choose) and hopfully learn from it.

My oligopoly example was used to show how an obscure word had over 100 times more results then the word you tried to claimed was used. Obviously reborrow is barely used when obscure words are used 100 times more then it.
