I noticed that you've registered all the main TLDs for it as well.
Not sure if it is a term that people will search for like say, 'cancer treatment', for example.

Still when it comes to this subject specifically, yours is the best domain. One of those 87,000 results on Google might have a use for it.

Like you said, I still believe that there could be a potential dev. of RadioOncology.com (or org as you suggest) by any department, company or fundation related to cancer treatment.
