how do you name your servers?

We use tiger, lion, zebra.. and soo on

redrhino, blue rhino, white rhino, etc etc

The host I used to work for used greek gods: Zeus, Earth, Vega, etc...

Here, we just use colors.

we used to have a much less exciting format. In the beginning, the names worked out but eventually you end up running out of cool names. So we stuck with webserver001, dbserver001, emailserver001, etc.

We user server1.bestvalueservers.com, server2.bestvalueservers.com and so on :)

We use cars.. :)

Old Testament prophets, kings etc... With this number of choices, if I ever run out of ideas, I'll be able to afford to get someone else to name them :-)

Mercury, venus, pluto etc etc.

Thinking of skiping out uranus though.
