Which dedicated company is better

could anyone help me about comparing www.theplanet.com and www.rackspace.com.

better security, bigger, datacenter etc.

When you say security - do you mean their security guards onsite?..
Unless you're getting a managed server you will need to handle server security on your own.

I would say rackspace are better, although a few friends are with theplanet and they have no complaints.

ThePlanet used to offer great services and excellent customer support. Lately it seems that alot of their customer's are complaining about their "worldclass" service.
