If yes than how is this for you ?

Yesturday, I got server with them and I am not satisfied with their service and support,

My site is getting up and down , from last hour I am not able to post one topic in the forum of my website and upload single gif file via Cpanel,

Will they refund me ?

I am really feeling very bad.

Sorry about your bad luck. They seem to be in the edeltacom.com datacenter that I have heard good things about. Level3 was having problems earlier and it was affecting a lot of ips's.

If you still are having problems, please post a traceroute and we can look at it.
