Can anyone tell me why... - 06-13-2004, 05:45 PM

Ok, I just got myself a reseller account with whm. And I ran a few tests with account creation. I created a few packages and then some accounts (bogus ones). But even if I set the space quota to a fixed ammount (100mb) whm keeps reverting this to unlimited.

Does anyone know why this is so? Please advise.

I heard about this problem from other people that have experienced this problem, and they said this just comes as a mistake. So, while it says unlimited, you really have 100 MB space. Just a dumb mistake of WHM.

Oh, yea... sorry, Operator, haven't been around for a (long) while
Problem's been solved (3 months ago :)), just had to ask my provider to run a script (it was a new server and they forgot to do it). I asked for help at WHT and the guys over there were courteous enough to help out
