Alright - Im really new to the subject, so dont mind my newbie questions. Just noticed there wasnt such a provider here in Singapore, thus thought might be a niche market for me.

How are such targetted visitor businesses setup ? Any scripts etc for the backend to track CPM, etc ? What to lookout for ?

Those businesses buy expired domain names that still have traffic coming to it and redirect it to their own clients (=selling traffic).

You will need to get some tools or subscribe to services that will provide you with the following material:

Google Page Rank
Overure Ext
Alexa Rank

These three used together are great indicators to detect whether or not a domain should be registered. Your whole purpose in doing this is to find a domain that is receiving traffic flow. Thanks for the advice, I already have my own traffic distributing software witch I adapted for myself, however that is only for 468 x 60 ads and I use it for my network. I will look into what you have shown me with much interest as I am intending on moving on to domain traffic re-selling.
