You can start by advertising on forums, but it may be difficult since you are competing with many others who are doing the same.

Well, it is pretty hard to find Free traffic. As the old saying, there is no free lunch. But, you can try some exchange program. You send them some traffic and you can get some without spending anything.

You could get a magnetic sign for your car to advertise and/or bumper stickers and put on your car, too. Friends and family might be willing to put a bumper sticker on their cars, too. Local advertising is the most affordable way for most starters.
