i have used Targeted Visitors.info for my site www.thalex.com, although they never email you back and take 5 days to get things setup, once thats done their fairly good. i would estimate that out of the 1025 unique clicks i bought for $1.99, around 960 visitors came through.
if you are planning on buying a package off them, buy the $1.99 package first as it gives you a $5 discount on the other packages.

fairly pleased with them, i reccomend them.
they are cheaper than firstratetraffic.com aswell.

sorry to double post but theirs no editing button... I am NOT PLEASED with targeted visitors.info.. on the first 2 or 3 days its great, you actually get the amount of clicks but they gradually fizzle out into a few international a day... its a scam.
