Anyone Making money with Adwords??

Hii there I've been playing with using adwords to promote products that I'm an affiliate with. ebay, H&R Block, walmart etc. To be honest I'm not getting the returns I had hoped for. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who would spend a few moments helping me figure out what I'm doing right / wrong

You really will need a large budget to get any result. Haven't heard of affiliates using it. If you get low cost impression rates it may work out.

I haven't had much luck with the advertisements on it to tell the truth.

I think if you choose a main stream keyword like ebay (your are competing against ebays marketing budget) then your success will be close to zero. There will be too many companies willing to pay more.

If you choose a specialist area you should do better.
