I'm offering a static text link on every page of my site (250+ pages and growing) in a special "Partners" section.

The home page is a high PR5 (likely to increase with the next update after getting some good PR6 and PR7 home page links). Internal pages are mostly PR4s and PR5's.

This is an informational site with high-quality articles on a wide variety of subjects, with an emphasis on webmaster topics.

In return I'm looking for a similar linking structure from your site to mine. PR5 sites and up. (the higher the PR of the home page, the fewer links back to my site required).
