Would you go with a big host, just because they are big?

[Big == 5000 + Customers]

Think about this first:

1) Can they possibly have enought techs?
2) How long will you wait for support?
3) Will they treat you as a unique customer? or are you just a $$ figure?
4) Looks are deceiving {*Cough* HostRocket *Cough*)

I will add to this later. No, I'm not promoting myself, but my ratio of support to customers is 1:4, now i know host rocket if they really do have 10000 customers, I know that they dont have 2500 techs. <_<
