Try to find or write a script that will 'click' your site 100-1000 times a day from 5 different computers/IP at random times.

Alexa ranking can be boosted by softwares like "alexabooster". Don't buy this stuff. It's a waste of your money.

They come from users of the Alexa toolbar, so the selection of users is based toward those who download the toolbar, often webmasters.

It can be usefull though when analysing competitors to gain another indication of how popular their site is.

Why you need Alexa?
Perhaps you are trying to sell advertising space on your site. But then again, such ratings are easily manipulated.
