I personally use iKobo to receive money from a foreign country, I am from Romania BTW. iKobo were the only company I could find which covered Romania, and which also had no account setup fee, since I couldn't afford that. So far it's been working alright, after the first time someone put money into my account, iKobo sent me a visa card and then I could get the money from a visa ATM, it was real easy and convenient. Haven’t had any type of problems so far, I hope things will stay like this.
