For ME in my control panel~
There is a built-in helpdesk for customers to post their problems. Once it is posted, a notification will be sent to the staff to answer the customers questions. :girlchat: There is an emeow form which customers can submit their problems and the emeow will deliever to the technician. :)
The difference between helpdesk and the emeow support is that helpdesk allows the customers and staff communicate via the web-based interface while emeow support allows them to talk via emeow~ :p
