Those sound like very reasonable prices. However, a large part of it is going to depend on what level of service you will be able to give to your customers. I'm sure you will want to be the best in that area (who doesn't) but you must be mindfull. If your customers find your service less than average, they will probably start looking at the budget hosting sites.
