Im really holding on the principal "innocent until proven guilty" but there had to be something substantial 10 years ago that would of embarrassedhim that he decided to settle out of court in that civil suit.

I do want the kid's parents this time to be brought up on charges too. What sane person would allow their child to sleep in a strange grown man's bed?
