I always question though why someone gives a positive review after the first month or week for a service. When you think about it what motivates a customer of yours to go out on the internet and sell (or review) for you. I feel that some hosts provide some free months for doing this for them. |
I'll give you a piece of truth. I ask my customers if they will post a postive or negative review. I don't ask them if they've been with us for a week, but if they been with us for a few months I ask for them to post one. It doesn't matter if its postive or negative we will give them 1 month free or 2 - 5 GB added to their account. Its not manatory, but its incentive.
