i think that this is a great resource - but there are many similar ones around, so you really need to make it stand out and give users a reason to visit your site.

Personally I would like to see a better logo and would have the logo and the banner on the same line, with the images spaced out along the line below.

Think about adding a DOCTYPE at the top of your source and then validating the page.
