Thanks for the feedback guys, yes it is a template monster layout and I hate that I bought it because they don't know jack <Admin Edit-reason: Language> about HTML, basic programmers they hired. Anyways I took the advice of removing the sound I a solely improved the banner a little myself, let me know how it looks, also I'm gonna link the front page directly to the pages as some people are having trouble locating it ;)
