I have too much work for me to take care of all by myself. I need to outsource the small stuff (thats what I am going to try first). I do have soemone that I can use and I told her that I cannot pay very much at this point.

What do you think would be fair to pay for an animated banner or a 468X60 pixel animated button? She nor I are sure of what the going price is, but on the low end.

As business becomes more steady, I will raise my prices and therefore give her a good increase in pay for the small jobs.
