I believe the same. If you get a domain that points towards the topic of the site, then good. There are so many names being deleted and so many websites with deadlinks it gets anoying. I pratice picking up domains for traffic. Getting a domain for less then $10 for a year is a lot cheaper then paying $10 per month for advertising. I think I've been lucky where I've managed to pick up a few related domains that bring in some good traffic.
But I do hate seeing a domain going to an unrelated place, even worse when it goes to an adult site or a place with a ton of pop-ups. |
