Dear Amitpatelinfo,
Yes, prices are fluctuating depending the registrar you choosed.

Actually, i would say, you might be able to find a lot of registrars, or third parties, proposing .com between $7 to $14. If you are an investor in Domain Name business, you might be able to get an ETP account with Enom. You'll need a first deposit of $6000 to get a $6.95 plan. If you are looking for the best rates only for few domain names, then i would go with EV1, Godaddy, Dotster or Enom. These are real registrars and are proposing you some garantees they will be still there tomorow.

Concerning the .info, as far as i know, the best value i found was $8. But there might be some better offers though. Anyway, i was never able to find a $2 registration for them. Last year, mostly all registrars were proposing them for free to introduce this tld into the market.

At last, rates for renewing a domain name may also fluctuate between registrar. It is sometimes better to transfer each year your domain names because a lot of them are proposing "discounted" prices on transfert. Usually, renew prices are the same the registration prices.

Hope this helps.
