Well, good news. :D
The registration process was really simple and it took a couple of minutes to complete. My account was immediately switched into operating state after I scanned a copy of my ID and one of my household utility bill and sent them to ikobo's verification department. I didn't expect them to verify me so quickly. Anyway, I selected the ikard local delivery option (it seems that my country is included in the local delivery country list) and the fee was about 5$. The standard delivery fee is 9.95$ but the time necessary for the ikard to arrive at its destination is much shorter (3-5 business days).
