:) As a matter of fact I am from Romania and it seems that both 2co and ikobo.com have Romania included in their coverage. I think I should try and see them in action because they are both free to signup. The problem is that I read some articles about 2co and their customers aren't that happy for using it. Take a look

I think that ikobo does that. They send and ikard (Visa electron debit card), which can be used to withdraw money from it. I'll do more research about this ikard.
