Depends on:
1)-Which country of Eastern Europe.
I guess www.worldpay.com cover one or two but if you are, for example, in Romania your chance will be like unexistant. Almost 90% of the Credit Cards Frauds come from these countries and almost all Credit Card Processors refuse to cover them. Your best bet would be to find a credit card processor (or an online bank) which will also create for you an Off-Shore Bank Account. This leads me to my second points:
2)- What is your budget for this.
Yeah, because the charge for all this might be higher than those of 2CheckOut and then it won't be profitable enough for your business....
