Karma is this button on the upper left side of the post box.
It allows user to rate a post and add points (1 point by vote) to the poster reputation.
Which is symbolized by boxes right the (donate) feature.
This is different from Thread rating as it only reward a post and its poster.


It is a nice way to thanks someone for his post.
