I am hosting 3 sites at my server located at a local isp. Due to increasing traffic and other factors i am now thinking of moving them to another server somewhere in the US. I have been browsing different sites and it has only helped in confusing me more.

Requirements:
Unlimited domains
private nameservers
unlimited email
mailing list facility
unlimited mysql databases
2-3GB diskspace
15GB taffic per month.
WHM/Cpanel
php support
Linux based account


I have seen different plans ranging from too good to be real reseller hosting to damn expensive reseller hosting. Virtual Dedicated servers have been another thing boggling my mind. Can anyone guide me to any reliable host who can satisfy the above requirements in around 25-40$ per month with no setup fees. I am so confused as to which one to choose. If you have personal experience, kindly post your answer and help me out. I will appreciate your help.
