I've been using their morpheous account to run about 8 resold accounts, 3 of which are e-commerce.

I've had interseer on my accounts since switching to Vortech. I would say I've had an average 99.3% uptime over the last 4 months.

Their reseller features are great, I use the Morpheous plan for $35 a month. Their tech support is very fast, I just sent a question today and got a response back in about 8 minutes. In addition, they give resellers plenty of notice if they have to upgrade a server where downtime would be as little as 2 minutes!

They have a lot of features and may be more difficult for less experienced resellers to get their resold accounts set up. However, using HSPHERE as a control panel they give you more controll over your accounts and billing etc., than any other company I've dealt with. Their reseller packages are full and robust, however, the only thing they don't provide is an ssl certificate. You can buy one for $49 / year from instantssl, install on our reseller account, and set up your resold accounts to share it. Or, (better) you can purchase an ssl certificate for and install for each seperate client.


BEWARE - AVOID MCHOST. --- its a long story where I canceld an account 3 months ago because mail kept going down and they still keep billing my credit card.
