4. shared hosting NOW but option to go dedicated in the near future
5. 2500--3000mb webspace
6. 25gb bandwidth
7. as much email accounts as possible
8. admin control panel to manage accounts
9. cogent-free bandwidth (if you don't know what this is, don't bother replying)
10. service oriented company: customer service is a main priority
